The logo (and thus the flag?) is dark blue with circular lettering reading
in lower case golden serif "servico ba desenvolvemento" (Tetum for "service
for development"), from 8 to 4 o’clock, and in capitals "TRABALHISTA"
(Portuguese for "Labour"). In side the lettering, a traditional sailing ship,
golden, above a map of East Timor, brown, all partially encircled by a
branch of (what?), with 30 alternating leaves, arching from 7 to 4 o’clock.
